How do I enter my team into an Adult Tournament?

We have 2 types of Adult Events / Tournaments in the Puget Sound Region. Club hosted and Puget Sound Region hosted. Please reference the Adult Tournament schedule to find the registration details and host information for each event.  Many hosts, including the Puget Sound Region Adult Program, have online registration, if the event host does not offer online registration, please download the 2013 Adult Event Entry Form and send to the Tournament Director.
