Instructions for Upgrading the Junior Membership
Renewing or Creating Your Membership
-If you have been a USAV member of the Puget Sound Region, click Returning Member Login to sign in and renew your membership.
-If you are new to the region, or have not been registered with USA Volleyball since 2004, Please click new member registration

PLEASE NOTE THAT AFTER YOU HAVE REGISTERED WITH USA VOLLEYBALL, YOU WILL STILL NEED TO REGISTER WITH THE CLUBS YOU INTEND TO TRYOUT FOR
Lost/Forgotten Username or Password
If you do not remember your username or password, email office@psrvb.org with the player’s first and last name as well as the player’s date of birth and we will email the information back to you. Please note, during busy times this may take as long as 24 hours.
NOTES:
-If you have been a USAV member of any other region since 2004, please contact us.
-Adult members will need to have their driver’s license available, as you will need your driver’s license number to complete the registration process.

Junior Program Member - $70
Adult Affiliated with Junior Program - $79
Official - $63
Boys Program Player - $25
Chaperone - $40
Youth Membership (U11 and under) - $15
Intramural Membership (Limited Junior) - $25
Outdoor - $25
Junior Tryout Registration- $5
Payment Options
Fees can still be mailed to the region office or members may pay online in the renewal/registration process.
